I/We, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, and administrators waive and release any and all claims for damages I may have against the Wallkill East Rotary, Rotary International, the Town of Wallkill, the Galleria at Crystal Run, the race organizers, and all sponsors, volunteers, and vendors from all liability arising from illness, injuries, and damages I may suffer as a result of my participation in this event. I do hereby certify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for this event. I grant permission to use any photos, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I understand that bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, and animals are not allowed at the event and I will abide by this policy.
